As the Chairman and Managing Director of Wintrust, Arvind Pal Singh Khurana is the operational brain and visionary guiding force behind the company. A Bachelor in Science, Arvind began Wintrust's operations in 1989. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the company from a fledgling enterprise with 10 products to a leading Ayurvedic medicine company boasting over 300 products today. His ability to anticipate market needs and adapt swiftly has been a key driver in the company's growth and expansion.

As Director of Marketing, Pavit Khurana brings a modern, innovative approach to Wintrust's traditional market. An MBA from NMIMS Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Pavit has expertly navigated Wintrust's market penetration in India and its expansion to overseas markets. His dynamic marketing strategies, combined with a deep understanding of the pharma landscape, have played a significant role in broadening the company's reach and establishing a strong brand presence in the industry.
